Nanyang Tea Challenge

The Challenge comprises of 2 rounds: the preliminary round where challengers will do a blind tasting of selected Nanyang Tea and then brew a selected Nanyang Tea, while the final round required the challengers to do a tea presentation-based on their blended Nanyang Tea with food pairing element in the Maritime context.
