Mindful Bites: Food & Movement
Discover the legends of Singapore in this unique workshop that blends cultural storytelling, light yoga and wholesome snacks.
The experience begins with a gentle yoga session inspired by local folktale heroes such as Sang Nila Utama and Badang. Thereafter, participants will prepare healthy snacks infused with Asian ingredients like turmeric, ashwaganda and blue pea. The workshop concludes with a mindful makan session to savour these creations while discovering practical, sustainable eating habits.
Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats, wear comfortable clothing, and remove their footwear during the yoga session. All ingredients used are vegetarian friendly and alcohol-free.

Their programmes and classes encourage participants to turn inward and listen to what the body needs before all else. In this workshop, the team welcomes all to engage with the space, movements, food and stories without fear of judgement.
