Where many small flows meet, something larger and stronger takes shape. Tributaries is a music and upcycling jam taking place at the Capitol Singapore Outdoor Plaza. Just as rivers are strengthened by every stream that joins them, free-form music remind us that our most resilient and engaged communities are built simply from the willingness to contribute what we have and have fun together.

About Off the Record
Off The Record is an open jam where musicians of different ages and backgrounds come together to make improvised music. With no covers allowed, every groove is made up on the spot, encouraging active listening and spontaneous collaboration. Audiences are part of the fun too, responding to the energy between performers and the room.
