Children’s Season 2026 Signature Programme - The Four Harmonious Friends

Date: 19, 20, 26, 27 June 2026

Time: 2.30pm

Four different animals, namely Peacock, Monkey, Rabbit and Elephant have migrated into an island in search of better lives. They have heard much about this particular island – it has low crime rate and free from natural disaster. Given their diverse backgrounds, the animals will now have to figure out ways to live harmoniously and sustainably with one another. At the heart of it all, The Four Harmonious Friends is a production that gets young audience to reflect on the importance of staying united as one to achieve common goals and practice sustainable habits. This programme is part of the Children’s Season 2026 Signature Programmes line-up, presented by Children’s Museum Singapore, in collaboration with KidsSTOP™, Science Centre Singapore.

  • $20 per adult
  • $64 per bundle ticket (2 adults + 2 children)

  • Tickets can be purchased at $20 per pax or $64 bundle (2 adults + 2 children)
  • All children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult
  • Venue is at the Party Room, KidsSTOP™ (Science Centre Singapore)
  • Duration is approximately 1 hour
  • Show ticket does not include KidsSTOP™ admission. Separate admission tickets can be purchased at Science Centre Singapore

Families will get to create imaginative spaces using simple materials, and share in an experience that promotes creativity, resourcefulness, and meaningful connections across generations. PLAY @ Children’s Season 2026 - What Could it Be?

Celebrate International Day of Play with the joy of open-ended creativity! What can you create with just a pair of googly eyes? Let your imagination run wild—dream up a creature, a machine, a flower, a vehicle, or something entirely unexpected. Once you’re done, scan your drawing at the Stamp Parade interactive and watch it come to life! With no rules, instructions, or right or wrong outcomes, this drop-in activity invites families to create freely and connect through the spirit of play.

This hands-on workshop is designed to invite children and families to explore loose parts play and creative processes in a joyful and relaxed time at the Gallery. Join us as we discover how simple elements of art can open doors to many play possibilities. This workshop, led by Ruby Topas of The Playmakers and co-facilitated by National Gallery Singapore, is presented as part of PLAY @ Children’s Season 2026 organised by Children’s Museum Singapore, in collaboration with National Gallery Singapore.

PLAY @ Children’s Season 2026: Weekend Carnival

In celebration of UNICEF’s International Day of Play, Children’s Museum Singapore, in collaboration with the Museum Roundtable and community partners, presents PLAY @ Children’s Season 2026 — a week-long line-up of workshops, drop-in activities, and a vibrant weekend carnival.  The programme brings together children, caregivers, educators, and arts practitioners to champion play as a fundamental right and an essential part of learning, wellbeing, and social connection.  The week culminates in a lively weekend carnival featuring partner booth activations, installation-performances, and interactive experiences that transform play principles into joyful, hands-on moments for families and communities.

PLAY @ Children’s Season 2026 - The Power of Conversations: Building Resilience Through Play Workshop

Conversations that happen around play are one of the most underestimated parenting tools available. Held in celebration of International Day of Play, this workshop aims to help caregivers facilitate conversations to help your child tolerate discomfort, develop a growth mindset and be a problem solver, all through play! Look forward to an interactive workshop session where you will learn strategies before practising them in a storytelling LEGO play session with your child. This workshop led by Jacinth Liew of Our Little Play Nest is presented as part of PLAY @ Children’s Season 2026 organised by Children’s Museum Singapore.
