Discover Laksa Siglap, a rare coastal dish from Kampong Siglap, in this hands-on workshop. Families will explore fragrant herbs, kerisik (toasted coconut), fish paste, and a Malay fishing song “Ikan Kekek”, uncovering Singapore’s rich maritime culinary heritage.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time (11:15am) for registration.
2. Registration will take place at the Changi Chapel and Museum’s lobby. Participants may explore the museum after the programme.
3. The total duration of the programme is approximately 45 minutes, exclusive of museum exploration.
4. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
