Singapore’s story has always been shaped by the sea. COASTAL LIVES invites families on a living heritage journey across Children’s Museum Singapore (CMSG) and Changi Chapel and Museum (CCM), exploring the lives of fishermen, the flavours of coastal kampongs, and the patterns woven into cloth.

Begin at Children’s Museum Singapore with WOVEN WAVES by Aqilah Zailan, discovering the stories and motifs within batik. Then board a chartered bus where storyteller Kamini Ramachandran’s original audio tales and hands-on activities guide you toward Changi Chapel and Museum.

There, experience TASTES OF THE TIDES with Emylia Safian and Minh Le Tien, exploring Laksa Siglap and the culinary heritage of coastal kampong life.

Participants of this programme will an exclusive Changi Heritage trail EZ-Link card*, plus maps and booklets upon registration onsite. Programme is recommended for ages 6 – 12 and their caregivers.
