Take a walk on a sensorial journey of discovery through the streets of Little India, where sights, sounds and scents open the door to stories that has slipped through the fingers of time. Follow the footsteps of early immigrants, labourers, convicts and community builders alike, explore how their lives unfolded in a new and unfamiliar land.
Moving through the key sites, participants encounter stories shaped by work, survival and adaptation, many forged along the shores and waters that sustained generations. Each one revealing the human experiences that built livelihoods, relationships and a sense of belonging over time.
This immersive, place-based storytelling experience invites participants to look beyond what is seen today and connect with Little India in a different way, more layered, more intimate and more personal than ever before.
