This workshop, subsidised by Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan and led by young pastry chef Yeo Min, will be conducted at the century-old Chong Wen Ge. Come explore this traditional pastry in this unique heritage setting! You and your little ones will learn to wrap, shape, and steam the kuehs and understand local cultures through the materials and ingredients adapted for this sweet treat. Ideal for families, the workshop welcomes participants of all ages to experience this cherished culinary tradition together.

Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan is partnering Yeo Min, a pastry chef and author of the award-winning book “Chinese Pastry School” to share the ins and outs of making the uniquely Singapore Hokkien pastry – Ang Ku Kueh.
