Stir, taste, and uncover the stories behind Singapore's iconic dishes. A culinary journey that serves up heritage with every bite you take.

Flavours of Singapore Cooking Class
More than a cooking class, this experience is a culinary expedition into Singapore's UNESCO-recognised hawker heritage. Participants will learn to prepare iconic local dishes like Chicken Rice and Ngor Hiang, uncovering the etymology and stories behind each bite. The session explores the world of Hawkerpreneurs, tracing the evolving landscape of hawker culture. By cooking and sharing, participants will connect with the deeper narrative of how cuisine builds and sustains community bonds.
