Popiah is a beloved Fujianese/Teochew-style fresh spring roll popular across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Taiwan. This thin, soft flatbread wrapped around a filling of cooked vegetables and meat represents a living food tradition that brings families together through shared preparation and enjoyment.
 
This interactive workshop explores the origins of popiah, the cultural significance of its ingredients, and the techniques that create the perfect wrap. Participants will learn about this culinary heritage before trying their hand at folding their own popiah—experiencing firsthand this delicious tradition.
