Long before the skyscrapers, seafaring Chinese immigrants anchored their hopes and dreams in faith, creating a cultural foundation that still stands today. While these temples relocated, the descendants of the migrants follows.

On this tour, you will visit:
Soon Thian Keing Temple Recognised as Singapore’s oldest Hokkien temple, it serves as a living monument to the resilience and community spirit of the early pioneers.
Xing Ann Tian Hou Gong: A revered sanctuary dedicated to Mazu, the Goddess of the Sea, which sit at the roof of a building.

For Putian and Hokkien migrants, these temples were more than just places of worship; they were once the first stops after perilous ocean voyages to offer gratitude for safe passage. We’ll examine how these sacred spaces shaped Singapore's religious identity and maritime legacy through their stunning architecture and century-old stories.
