Participants will get hands‑on with traditional fishball making, learning the manual techniques behind this local favourite. This is followed by an immersive 360° video tour of the DoDo production facility, offering a behind‑the‑scenes look at how modern technology automates the fishball‑making process at an industrial scale, with daily outputs exceeding 30 tonnes. The experience concludes with an exclusive tasting of premium products not available in supermarkets.
