Experience an early morning exploration of Singapore's last commercial fishery port in Jurong, the vital landing point for the nation's seafood supply. Participants will witness the bustling operations of the port, observing how fish are sorted, processed, and distributed to local fishmongers and supermarkets. The tour provides a rare look at the seafood supply chain and port logistics, featuring unique local fish species and interactions with veteran merchants. As a reward for the early start, guests have the opportunity to purchase fresh seafood at wholesale prices, culminating in a Q&A session with the merchants who power our maritime economy.
