Friday (8, 22 May): 10am - 12pm

Trace the evolution of coffee in Singapore from its early role as a bulk commodity to today’s craft-driven gourmet culture. Using Suzuki Coffee’s rich heritage as a lens, this session explores how 'second wave' coffee introduced roasting at scale and espresso-based experiences to the local palate. Participants will then investigate 'third wave' trends, focusing on single-origin sourcing and roasting precision. The experience includes a guided factory tour and a hands-on siphon brewing workshop, offering technical insights into the science, artistry, and sustainability practices that underpin modern coffee production.
