Temasek Shophouse Let's Jam is a signature programme co-curated with local musician Clement Chow. It is an inclusive and empowering platform where musicians and music lovers from all walks of life, across different backgrounds, ages, and abilities, can come together to jam and build lasting connections.

For this Singapore Heritage Festival 2026 edition, Let's Jam takes on a special dimension, celebrating the living musical traditions brought to Singapore by the communities who arrived by sea. From the folk songs and rhythms of Indian, Malay, and Chinese seafaring communities to the music that gave voice to port life and migrant labour, this session invites participants to discover how much of Singapore's musical soul was shaped by the water.

The programme sits within Temasek Shophouse's Health and Community pillar, which focuses on supporting mental health and wellbeing while fostering social cohesion through shared experiences. Beyond the music, Let's Jam brings together community and music groups, from seasoned performers to emerging talents, to celebrate diverse musical traditions and strengthen connections across communities.
