In this engaging one‑hour experience, witness the mastery behind paper‑thin popiah skins as they are expertly spun on a searing hot griddle, uncover stories of Joo Chiat’s rich Peranakan heritage and discover how food traditions connect generations. Participants will also get hands‑on by wrapping their own popiah using time‑honoured recipes and explore vintage tools and stories from Singapore’s hawker past.
