Sembawang holds some of Singapore’s richest maritime and island heritage, shaped by both British naval power and kampong life along the shore. This tour invites you into the district’s layered past—beginning with the grandeur of the British Naval Base and the elegant black-and-white colonial houses, then moving into the hidden bunkers that whisper of wartime uncertainty. From there, we journey to Wak Hassan, one of Singapore’s last natural beaches, where the mosque and the land behind it once anchored a Malay fishing village. Here, history mingles with folklore, in stories of spiritually active grounds and ghostly encounters retold by villagers and fishermen.

By evening, as the waves lap against the shore, you’ll come to see Sembawang as more than a naval stronghold—it is a place where memory, myth, and the sea itself converge. A tour of heritage, haunting, and history.
