Step into Singapore’s maritime past through flavour, craft your own gelato inspired by the region’s historic spice routes with Oat & About, Singapore's first oatmilk gelato brand.

In this 45-min hands-on workshop, participants will create a refreshing pineapple oat milk gelato, infused with spices that once travelled through Singapore’s bustling ports. From clove to cinnamon, discover how trade and migration shaped the flavours we enjoy today. Using a simple salt-and-ice churning method, you’ll experience a tactile, old-school way of making frozen desserts - no machines needed. Bring home your handcrafted gelato and a deeper appreciation of how Singapore’s maritime history lives on in everyday tastes.

Oat & About is Singapore’s first oat milk gelato brand, specialising in small-batch, handcrafted, dairy-free frozen desserts.
