Anthony The Spice Maker

I am Anthony The Spice Maker, a second-generation spice maker in Singapore, crafting traditional spice blends since 1986.

As a teen, I used to help out at my parents' spice stall in the wet market back in the '70s and it is how I picked up this age-old craft of spice mixing, very much inspired by the traditional recipes of the customers, which are often passed down from generations before.

I believe strongly in using only ethically- sourced, natural and unadulterated raw spices to craft authentic, Traditional Flavours of Singapore with no nasties added.
