Whispers of Twin Quays is a 90-minute heritage and urban planning experience curated by The Urbanist Singapore. The tour allows you to explore the Singapore River as a designed landscape, moving from the vibrant leisure of Clarke Quay to the sophisticated, high-depth history of Robertson Quay.

The journey explores how policy, infrastructure, and adaptive reuse have shaped the river’s identity, culminating in a signature deep dive into the Jiak Kim Street warehouses.

This programme is Culture Pass eligible.

Singapore River One

Singapore River One (SRO) is the Placemaking Manager of the iconic Singapore River Precinct, spanning Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, and Robertson Quay. As the first pilot Business Improvement District (BID), we leverage on public and private partnerships to curate unique experiences and vibrant programming across the river. Our mission is to transform the historic waterfront into a single, seamless destination for visitors to discover and enjoy.

Visiting the only remaining fishery ports of Singapore in Jurong where the market fishes of Singapore lands in, eventually sold to fishmongers before ending up in our tables. Learn about evolution of this fishing industry of Singapore.
